Updates one or multiple AccommodationRateDate entities for a specific accommodation.

Each update can either set an absolute rate amount or apply an index-based adjustment (percentage or fixed amount increase/decrease) to the existing rate. All changes are recorded under a new version for audit purposes, enabling historical rate tracking. After updating the specified rate dates, derived rates that depend on the modified rate specifications are automatically scheduled for recalculation.
